What are you in for?

Facilitating movement classes is one of my big passions, and I’m continuously learning to live and embody what I teach. Over eight years of guiding classes within studios and independently, I’ve moved through many phases of growth, learning alongside the countless humans who’ve stepped into the room with me.

  • This is not a workout class or just a physical āsana practice. It’s an hour to arrive as you are - to slow down, check in, and reconnect with yourself.

In Slow Flow we begin gently, grounding into breath and gradually warming the body before moving into a standing flow. From there, we shift into a slower gear with longer, floor-based holds that invite softness and rest. Each class closes with guided relaxation.

I teach from lived experience, offering clear guidance while leaving space for exploration, intuitive movements and personal expression.

  • A low-impact, bodyweight class focused on building strength, stability, and mobility. All levels are welcome, with layered options offered so you can move in a way that feels both supportive and challenging for your body.

This is a high-energy and fun class, but the priority is always quality over quantity. Rather than rushing through reps, we focus on form, control, and intentional movement.

Each week includes dedicated core and glute work, with upper body and leg exercises woven throughout.

The aim is to leave feeling stronger, and supported in your body, with maybe a little wobble in your legs as you head down the stairs after class!

  • “Hannah's classes are a warm invitation to regroup with yourself. She expertly holds space to facilitate a steady, elective practice, whilst welcoming deep, transformative experiences. Intuitive flows are supported by verbal adjustments, offering you the opportunity to tune-up and tune into your body and mind.”

  • “Hannah’s yoga classes are the perfect blend of stretching and mindfulness. I always leave feeling grounded, calm, and completely reset. Hands down the best yoga I’ve ever experienced.”

  • “I've joined both Hannah's yoga and pilates classes and I've never stopped going since day 1! Every time I go to class I feel excited to be guided by Hannah, she always gives us amazing hints and tips to improve our technique and move in a mindful way. I love her style of teaching and the chill vibes in class. I always recommend her classes to my friends, because everyone should join her, she's amazing!!” - Fede

  • “I have been going to Hannah's yoga classes in Kaikōura for over a year now and I LOVE it! Hannah has such a presence in the way she is and also how she teaches. The classes are never the same and you are able to do the class at your own pace and ability. For me as a business owner working from home Hannah's class has been like a breath of fresh air in my week, giving me time and space to breathe, move and be more in the moment.”

  • “I’m laughing softly and smiling with kindness, to make sure I express this well enough, to touch on what it is her teaching allows to come up, the places she’s allowed me to reach, the warmness of allowing your self expression to flow out.

Hannah gives space to self learning with a beautiful soul that sees how nature allows you to lean in fully to engage in what movement is, very present, caring, space held, meaan Spotify playlists and laughs.

I would endlessly encourage people to feel into the space Hans holds in her yoga and allow yourself to fully rest into a session. Good souls, doing good things, from kind places.”

Yoga that moves you.

My yoga classes are offered with a dose of gentle enthusiasm, influenced by a fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Terra Soma embodied wisdom.

I hope to offer classes that are invitational and curious, while building embodiment, connection and flow state. My classes are a welcoming space for all humans, regardless of experience level and background.
